DELIVERY OF ORDERED GOODS
Processing orders may take up to 3 (three) business days but usually takes no more than 24 hours. If the order is for Bulgaria, the order is usually processed on the next business day following confirmation by email from Shevitsa. After processing your order, your product is handed over to a courier company. In most instances, we work with Econt.
The delivery by Econt is made at your nearest Econt office or to your address. If the customer is not expected to be present at the specified address, Shevica recommends you choose a delivery to an Econt office. The delivery to an Econt office costs 5 leva and the delivery to the address of the client costs 8 leva. The delivery prices to an Econt office or to an address will be added to the price of your chosen products. Delivery is free of charge to an Econt office or to a customer address for orders above BGN 100.
If the delivery address is not in Bulgaria, the delivery time depends on the post office delivery times. For those deliveries, fixed rates are used: € 9 for orders from the European Union, and € 15 for the rest of the world.
Returns of goods
The buyer is entitled, without due compensation or penalty and without giving any reason, to renounce the contract for the purchase and delivery of goods on the Website within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. In this case, the user pays for the return shipment costs. The returned item must be in its original packaging, not used and in its original appearance (e.g., no torn packaging, removed labels, and missing parts) and must be accompanied by all original documents – a receipt or invoice, labels, and instructions.
The buyer also has the right to return purchased goods in cases where, due to the Seller’s fault, they have received products different from the ones they have ordered. The buyer is required to review the goods upon receipt and, in the case of apparent defects, is entitled to a refund within 24 hours.
In case the defects can not be determined immediately due to their nature, the time limit for claim is 14 / fourteen / days from the day of receipt of the goods. The seller commits to replace the defective product with a new one or to fully refund the customer. In case of a defective product, the replacement costs are at Seller’s expense. In the event that the Seller fails to obtain the replacement products, the Seller shall notify the Buyer and refund the amount paid, including the shipping costs paid by the Buyer, within 30 calendar days.
Reimbursement policy paid by debit / credit card
If you need a refund to a debit/credit card transaction for goods purchased from the Website, this will be done to the credit card used to make the original payment. Bank charges for the refund of these amounts are at the Buyer’s expense.
In the case of orders made by minors, their parents or guardians have the right to cancel the transaction by returning the goods and getting a refund for the amount paid. Alternatively, they can confirm the order by sending an email to email@example.com. In the event of a return of a purchased product under the terms of this section, the return costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
